Kynso is a personal productivity application that provides:
- Daily task tracking and management
- Habit definition and logging
- Goal and milestone tracking
- Daily notes and journaling
- Audio note recording
3. Account Registration
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account, or sign in with Google or Apple.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Your Content
- You own your content. All tasks, notes, habits, goals, and audio recordings you create belong to you.
- We do not access, use, or share your content except to provide the App's functionality.
- You grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the App.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's services or infrastructure
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the App
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from the App
6. Service Availability
We strive to keep the App available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
- Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, arising from your use of the App.
